Hi my felloe flippers
Have any of you guys gone to IGC?? i was on the website and it looked really cool. if you've gone can you tell me a bit about it? I sort of want to know how intense it is, and also how much you learn. Also, its really expensive, so is it worth it?

I've been there before! It's sooo much fun! Definitely worth the money! It's only as intence as you make it. You train about 6 hours, so it has the potential to be intense. However, if you choose to just hang out and take a turn here or there, your coach won't push you (although they will encourage you to do more) Or you can practice non stop and waste no time! So depending on you train, depends on how much you learn. But they have all the equipment to let you learn endlessly!
