Hi everyone my name is Leia and I am currently training level 9. My issue is that my knee's are extremely knobby, to the point where my legs don't look straight and I get deductions Also it plays in on every event and even flexibility. Also I am pretty flexible (I have all of my splits down and pikes) but it just looks like my knees aren't all the way straight and my coaches always say something about it! And also I pretty strong, I don't know how to fix this or even if I can fix this any suggestions on what I should do?
