Our gym has been talking alot about mental preparation. We would like to do some actual training seminar with our athletes and are wondering if any of you have done this before and with who? We would like to have someone come to the gym and train coaches as well as athletes. Our Head coach experienced this a an athlete and found it very beneficial. How much did it cost to have the person come and do a seminar?
