Now that i have so much going on... GYMNASTICS, piano, my sisters soccer and family event and friends. I hav'nt been getting the sleep I need. Then i am too tired to do stuff in free time. Along with all of that I am really tired for practice and just want to sleep. Does anyone have any tips to getting more sleep? It would really make a difference in my life. thank you soo much. :yawn::tired::sorry:...zzz....

when you are going to your soccer meets for your sisters and other bits and bobs

try to sleep in the car, then you have caught up on some of you sleep

and try to go to sleep earlier on school nights so that you can focus on your daytime

activities!

I have this problem a lot too :( I don't get home until 9 o'clock every night, and even then I have homework which takes up a lot of time in itself. I had a lot of problems going to sleep, but now I figured it out. Usually I try to lay low once I get home, that way I get sleepier. Also, when ever I close my eyes while going to sleep, I won't let myself open them. That way I completely pass out in a few minutes.
