Oh my days, Warrior Dash looks brilliant! Why don't they have it over here?!

Out of the gym until 6th January. :( I'm going to be so stiff when I get back.

Coach said we might start competing this year. If I'm going to do that though, I really want more than 1 session a week. The gym runs something on one evening a week that's intended to be a sort of parkour/tricking session. I might ask the coaches if I can go along to that and treat it as a sort of open gym instead. Not for learning new skills, obviously, as the coaches would be busy teaching the parkour learners, but if I could use that time to polish up moves that are safe but ugly-looking (like my roundoff dismount on beam) then I'd have more time in class on Fridays to work on new skills and ones that need spots.

I did a back layout with a 1/2 twist. This is the first time since my knee surgery 6 months ago. I also started doing some tumbling on the rod floor. Until now, it was all on the tumbltrak.
