Ok so everyone knows that the best way to protect against rips on the bar in to use grips (also good for traction) but I have been working on my heel stretches in cheerleading and dance, and I'm noticing that my hand is starting to rip and lovely reminder of my childhood in gymnastics (i remember I used to like getting them) But now I was wondering if theres a way to protect my ands in this kind of thing from ripping or is it just going to happen and thats just one of those things you have to suck up and live with?
