Where do you get your heel pads for release movs on bars?!

You know the knee pads that we wear except on our heels instead of our knees to protect them from hitting them on the bars.... Well I was just wondering what brand they were and where you bought them because I just can't find the right kind! Thanks!

You can get heel pads from ten-o. I'm not sure if they're exactly what you're looking for but they definitely would work!

Do you mean knee pads that they use for volleyball? You should be able to go to any sports good store and they should have some. Any brand would do.
At my old gym, girls used to use ice hockey elbow pads turned backwards on their heels which seemed to work really well. (like these)

We use the same kind of elbow and knee pads that you use for rollerblading or some other sports. I think sometimes we cut them in half to fit.

Any sporting goods store (like a Dick's or Olympia Sports) should have knee pads for volleyball...thet're cheaper if you buy them there...I 've even seen them at Walmart
