    thanks everyone. I have seen it mostly done from mat sitting, but I HATE how it looks. I prefer to have them stand. I guess I will ask the judges if they have a preference :)

    I give my daughter raw almonds with pumpkin cream cheese (or any other flavor) to dip. Raw veggies with hummus or dressing dip. Apple with PB, banana with PB, rice cake "sandwich" with PB in the middle!

    I took on the L4 team at my gym in the middle of summer. They were quite a mess. I just wanted to brag and say that I brought the team from having 4 of 9 girls able to handspring vault without a spot, to my whole team vautling! Im so proud of them! What successes have you had recently?

    Her coaches should be doing squat on drills with her. And having her do repetitive squat ons while her knees hold something (a bean bag, scarf, wrist band.....) Good luck
