Hi. On bars I am working a jaeger overshoot connection. However, my jaeger is not consistent. My coach says that I am piking before I let go of the bar, and then once I am in the air, I am not compressing/flipping fast enough. This results in me catching way too low, instead of slightly under horizontal like he would like. Are there any jaeger drills that could help me with this? Thanks in advance!
