    Update: just wanted to let you know her X-Ray looked perfect! Dr. said he was very surprised, but it's just a bone bruise, which takes 6-8 weeks to completely heal. I'm so glad! She can still do gym, just needs to ice and take Motrin. Also.... Camp emailed to check on her. I thought that was sweet.

    Today was the last day of camp so she left today around noon. I didn't email last night since she was leaving today. She said it does feel better, but that she still can't walk on it 100% normal. I've already made her an appointment at our Dr, I will email them about their lovely trainer after...

    Aww. That is awful. My daughter said they were nice, but she's in the L8,9,10 group. We have some college age coaches at our gym and they are not nice to the little ones either. I guess that age group struggles with being patient and nice to younger kids.

    Well, her BFF from her gym committed to Iowa State for 2014 so she invited my daughter to go to camp with her. I was hesitant bc of the distance, but she really wanted to go and her coach encouraged her to go too. Last year she went to AL & before that GA & Flip Fest.

    She said this pit didn't have a tramp at the bottom and she hit concrete. She was doing vault (layout) and she's 5'6" so not the typical shorty.

    I did fill out all the required forms and they have a copy of my insurance card. She said the coaches have been super nice, but the trainer... not so much. She wouldn't give her Motrin Bc she wasn't 18 and then she laughed when she ask for ice. I've already made her an appt for the day she gets...

    My daughter is at camp and hit the bottom of an above ground pit. She's never used that type of pit before, but needless to say we are not impressed with them She can't put pressure on her heel and is having sharp pains. I'm not sure if it is a bone bruise or something is broke. Has anyone else...

    Our Chiro has a kids program...adjustments are only $10 for ages 18 & lower, maybe call around and see if you can find one that has that.

    Parents Back pain and Dr almost out of ideas

    I can sympathize! My DD deals with back pain & also has clear scans! It's frustrating! The only thing that helps her is daily PT exercises and visits to the Chiro for adjustments. She's tall & skinny, seems like that body type always has back pain.
