    WAG Wristband recommendations?

Try neoprene wristbands. A touch stinkier, but they will not unravel.

WAG Is BT on beam necessary in L9?

I've had BT on beam consistently for quite some time now. About a week ago, I decided it would be an AWESOME idea to land the BT with my left ankle rolled inward, resulting in a severe sprain and smallish fracture. Here's the dilemma: I am so afraid to do it ever again. I am nearly 19 years...

Coaches Should I allow my girls to listen to their own music during conditioning?

My team and coach put together a looonnngggg playlist (think like hours and hours worth of music) and we put that sucker on shuffle. Different genres and since everyone contributed there is something everyone likes; plus everything is clean. There is rarely a repeat during the entire practice...

    WAG JO9... oh my

My province switched to JO last year, and therefore is relatively inexperienced. There has been very few JO9 gymnasts around here, so everyone is pretty much learning together. Issue: my gym's optional code has been loaned to another for a couple weeks, so coach and I can't check JO9 stuff...

    WAG long commutes

Now that I have my license, I drive my own 1 1/2 hour commute (both ways)! When my parents drove, I ate in the car- parents would do a slow cooker thing or soup and bring me some in a thermos to eat on the way up, and a little extra that I'd heat up before leaving, to eat on the way home. I do...
