Thank you very good points to ponder! Thankfully yes we already have a simpler pass planned and can do the ROBHS if she can get it cleaner. Again thankfully we have awhile before comp season so will just have to see how it goes.

Question for everyone... My daughter has been doing her ROBHS for a few weeks and now doing her standing BHS but with bent arms...and legs. In your experience how long did it take for your kiddos to go from just being able to do it, to being able to do it with proper form? My DD is competing...

Our coach HATES side cartwheels! He will make our girls correct it if he see's it. We are taught facing forward and should end in a lunge facing back towards the direction they started, so have to make a 180 degree turn to start the next one.
