Hello All! I am currently a rec gym coach, but used to be a team coach before I moved to TX. Coaching is definitely my passion, but unfortunately I had to get a full time job so only coaching 8 hours a week right now.

I teach the highest level rec class right now which is working on level 3,4, & 5 skills. We don't have anything more than vaulting mats in the rec gym. A few of them really need to be working on front hand springs. What can I do to get them ready for that with just mats? Also, where can i...
