    There is only 1 advanced rec class, the rest of the rec classes are for beginners and they are little kids.

    I do rec gymnastics and its only 1 hour and a half once a week. Its hard to get skills when I only practice once a week! Should I ask if we could have class more? Or should I ask if I can practice with team gymnasts like once a week with out competeting or is that out of the question...? what...

    Bars bruise my hips so bad

    It happens to me too! :( what I try to do to prevent it is when I cast I try not to slam against the bars when I come down if that makes sense lol

    Are you talking about where you cast put your feet on the bar and swing underneath it and land on the floor?

    I thought doing a half twist would be hard but i taught my self to do it one day and now its so easy lol also tuck jumps came really easy for me

    Do lots of backbends and seal stretches- I think that's what they're called.

    Nope I can only do like half of a half lol, but with bouncing on ur back first wouldnt it be hard to get enough height in order to twist?
