Thank you for that well thought out response. Do you think it would be beyond to ask her coaches to do this mental strength training with her? She has a workbook. We’ve gone over some things together, mostly she does on her own. I just help explain things..... I just don’t think I can help...- RoseSparkle

DD, 11 Finished level 4 last season and moved to xcel Gold due to fears/ trouble progressing with backward skills Stellar season in xcel Gold. She's been working with her coaches on mindset and fears. Making small progress on flyaway/ BHS/ ROBHSBT in preparation of 5/6/platinum level next...- RoseSparkle

Parents Where in USA to buy slim/ long pants for dd?
My dd, 11, wears a size 8 pants, but they are high waters!! Went to choose pants for class pictures tonight and they were all embarrassingly short!! Wear can you buy girls pants in slim/ LONG? We normally go with super skinny from childrens place but those are too short now. Not available...- RoseSparkle

WAG Compression gear for post work out recovery
Does anyone here use any type of compression gear for workout recovery? I received some information regarding a new pair of tights specifically for dancers that peaked my interest after reading the "claims". Great post! One time, at a practice meet, my young daughter forgot her floor routine and ran off. After everyone else finished, she got back up with a coach and they performed it together. Made my heart happy. I gave the coach a card later that day that read, "to the world you may be one...- RoseSparkle
