Shame about the nerves, but I'm glad she still had a good experience.
That's a great improvement on her R&C. My daughter could do with that!
What did the Sports Therapist do with her?
Yes, I agree. But, I don't feel there is a minimum age for showing appreciation. My children have always been encouraged to say thank you to everyone. Including those who do things as part of their job.
I think appreciation on both sides in needed. Maybe the daughter can thank the coach for helping her get the skill next time they're working on it, and perhaps then the coach will return the praise.
That will be National 4. Regional still does handspring flatback.
In the NDP Grades handbook is says that they will be judged using the current FIG code of points, which you should be able to find on the BG website (search for WAG code of points), or try the FIG website.
Good luck to everyone! :)
My daughter is one of those that would rather be doing gymnastics than watching it.
During the world championships she really had to fight the urge to just go do some.
Sometimes the urge won and I had to call her back to see her favourites. :)
Hi, Faith :)
No, I didn't know you can't go from regional/national grades over to compulsories, although, I do see on the chart that you can go the other way.
I realise my daughter started gymnastics too late and hasn't been training enough hours to do compulsories.
I don't know if her club...
Talking to her coach about the plan for your daughter is the best thing, especially if you've been hearing anything else second hand. Good luck with that. :)
My daughter is working towards club grade 5 next year (I'm already crossing my fingers that she passes, lol! ;)). I have no idea what...
My daughter does less hours than that and she did grades this year, plus at least five other competitions.
Does your club usually do grades? Did your daughter do them before?
Seams strange not to with that many hours.
