This past fall, my daughter used to get a rip about once a week. It was horrible! Someone suggested that she start putting Preparation H on her palms everyday (almost like lotion). Since then, she has never had a rip!

I think this might be a time for a life lesson on your daughter sticking up her herself. Not pushing back, or being rude. But learning to say "No, it's my turn on bars." or "That was not kind, don't say things like that to me." Remember, a girl cannot be a bully unless someone lets her do it.

I can forsee someone leaking the Chinese gymnasts actual ages. Then all the "gifts" they've gotten in scores is really going to suck. They'll lose almost every medal they've earned!
