Try pushing and leaning down on that bar and keep shoulders over the bar and maybe make that first cast small and then the one for the squat on make that on big.
At our gym be do push up blocks down the track and we all go into a plank hollow position and but our feet on a pommel horse and just block also fly springs on track. Also pop handstands on a panel mat or push up pops.
As a gymnast I usually eat :
Breakfast: Cap’n Crunch originals or Honey Nut Cheerios (w/oat milk)
Snack: yogurt or fruit
Lunch: turkey sandwich and sun chips
Before practice: something light like fruit

I’m a level 10 gymnast and I’ve had 3 serious injuries dislocation of the elbow with a fracture , torn ligament in ankle and dislocation of shoulder . But at my gym usually around 75% gets serious injuries at about level 7 or 8.
