the comp was today - last night i was seriously thinking about doing bars but my dismount is high impact so i didnt compete
i still went and supported my team and they did very well :)
i didnt know it was so hard to just watch and not compete!!!

well obviously it depends on how the nerves affect the girls and if the girls physically can stay on normally at training...
last year our whole team fell off comp after comp after comp and finally when we got to state we had a different coach (my coach now) and she told us to not watch other...
alright so my competition season starts in 2 days with my first one been a gala - team event comp
on tuesday night i was doing one of the most simplist skill - a full turn on one leg on beam and something happened i dont know what and i manage to hurt my ankle pretty badly and was screaming in...
i went to the physio and he is going to try and realign my bones gradually or something using different techniques... it sounded too gross for my liking so i chimed out

leave this poor coach alone she was just expressing her sadness...i thought this was meant to be a nice community thingo for gymnasts huh?
im about 12 mins away, but i also have to go out of the way into sides streets for 7 mins so if i took the strigaht main road it would take 5.
i catch the bus to gym after school everday but that is about 40 mins away and i have to take to buses, school and public :)
my old coach called my friend louisa, spaghetti because she was so loose like spaghetti, eventually we shortend it and now its skettie and thats her name at gym and we have been calling her that for 4 years, sometimes i forget its not her real name and when my non-gym friends ask about it they...
when i was younger i was learning swing pullover and i just couldnt get it so my male coach (im a girl) was trying to help me by pushing my bottom up. one time he didnt push strog enough and i fell down , with him not expecting me to.... it just so happened i fell down with one leg on either...
i get rips mostly on the side of my fingers :P
i remmeber when i got my first rip in like level 3 i felt 'like a proper gymnast' because i had a rip
