In the new elements for L3 (would be old l4) Do the girls do a split handstand on beam, or do a full HS and show a split before stepping down? Some of the descriptions are not to clear ;)

Do the gymnasts kick up to handstand, then show split before stepping down? Or do they never bring their legs together and remain split throughout the skill?

Can someone define this for me? Does the split need to be parallel to the ceiling for it to count with no deduction? Or is this more of a "lever hop" where they can kick up to a partial handstand and never join their feet? Also, after watching the American cup, the elites are no longer able to...
