I may be starting AAU Ladies division. At my gym the coach will guide you along but you are basically responsible for making up your own routines. I have read what the rules are but I have no clue what an A skill or a B skill is. (This is for Ladies mod optional) can anyone help me? Also what do you need to be able to do to compete bars? I doubt I will as I don't think a kip will be happening anytime soon, but what are the other requirements? Any general help would be great.
