on floor im working on myyyy...
standing front punch, arial, backhandspring, 1 1/2 full twist, front layout.
and on my front layout, i always land and then slip and fall backwards onto my back ): help ?? any tips ??

I guessing you mean a standing front tuck. I don't think standing a punch can be done at the same time.
For front tumbling, you really need to make sure you have a soft landing surface while working the skills. Your knees and back won't like coming up short on a hard surface.
For the standing front. Do them off of a mat. Make sure you are starting in an open shape and jumping as high as you can. Once you begin to over rotate these, get a smaller mat. Don't try to stick these when you are working on them just to save you knees. Go ahead and either bounce forward or just roll out.

For the rest of the skills you listed, it sounds like you are trying to do too many different new skills at once. You need to have a solid front layout either from a punch or a handspring before you try to put it at the in of a 3/2.
