WAG how is cast angle measured?

Looking at proofs of professional meet photos got me wondering--how is cast angle measured? If the gymnast has a hollow body shape, then there is not exactly a straight line to work with. Is the relevant line the upper body? The legs? An imaginary line from the head to the feet?
 
In all seriousness, can one of you coaches please post a pic of this bad form? I truly would like to see what this looks like. Thank you.:)
 
I think of a droopy belly as the gymnast casting in an arched position. It looks like they are trying to swing their feet up higher an then their belly ends up being the lowest point.
