Does anyone have any advice for getting my back tuck and then adding it to my round off backhand spring. I try to do it on the trampoline but end up not tucking, my coach has spotted me to get the shape a couple of times but it doesn’t translate on trampoline. Advice will be appreciated! ❤️
 
It would be easier to help if we saw a video. There are many things that can go wrong.

I find the most common issue is throwing the shoulders back and trying to rotate by whipping the body back and up. Rather than keeping the shoulder and head in, getting the height first and then bringing the hips up over the head.

This is better fixed by doing drills, not by just practicing the full skill in the trampoline.

First I was gonna work on getting the shape on a back tuck. I have done a few with a spot. I was also wondering how to get more height, obviously chest and arms up, I just want enough height so that when I’m ready to throw it I can.
