WAG Where does fear come from?

Not only do my coaches think I am faking the fear... 2 teammates do too...

No doubt what you feel is real. You simply need to move passed whatever (event) caused your fear in the first place. This will happen eventually, but take your time. Try not to think too much about it. Think of all the successfull handsprings you've done since becoming scared. Consider you can pull youself together when you need too in competition. Your coaches and teamates believe you're already there. They may be frustrated that you aren't believing in yourself. You've proven it to everyone, and yourself. Now you have to believe .
