(takes deep breath) I am going back to gym next week, and I haven't done any gymnastics related conditioninng and just a little bit of stretching. I mean sure I threw a few triple backs on the trampoline but I am very worried for how sore I am going to be. My coach likes to condition us A LOT. Like Conditioning>Gymnastics lol!!! Anyways, wish me luck so I don't get killed on my first practice !
