I'm not a parent but I will answer based on my knowledge about our team girls fees.

Tuition: 320 euros three times a year (training hours 10 per week) = 960 euros a year
Competition fees: 30 euros each so approximately 120 euros a year
Training leotard and shorts: 60 euros a year
(Competition leotard, but not every year): 40-100 euros
Camps (if they do 2 camps a year which I think is average): 250 euros
Traveling (if used train or bus and stayed overnight 2 times a year): 200 euros

SO the total prize of this wonderful hobby is: 1630 euros (2 090 US dollars) / year. Holy cow I had no idea it's this expensive! I feel a little bad for those parents who have 2-4 children in team!

This is for our L7s. L8-10 is $40 more per month.
$210 per month for 17 hours= $2520 per year
Assessment fee (coach's travel fee)= $575
Meet fees= $900 not including state or regionals
Travel for meets- All 9 of our meets requires a hotel stay of at least 1 night, 3 of them are meets that need airfare-$1300
Gas for the driving meets $100 each so about $700
Leos and warm ups- Every two years $475

Grand total= $6470 painful. I think we pay more to just get to meets than anything else. NOTHING is close and if our optionals want to compete against someone other than the same 30 girls we HAVE to go of state.

Ours are approx 5,700 a year

325 a month 12 hours a week
500$ meet and coach fees it was more the first year before we got into the booster club.
185 Leo
100 warm up
50 backpack
Hotel 700
Gas? I guessed lol
Fees for me to watch and program 90

I feel sick now after figuring mine out and I know it's more than that lol. :(

Leo and warm up is only every two years :)

Yearly training fee: 320 euros for 15 hours. Plus 200 for dd in rec.
Leos: nothing this year, using last years.
Meets: nothing apart from petrol for meet 1.5 hours from here.
So that would be....
520 euros for the year (200 of which is deducted from school fees) = 650 dollars. Plus I have to feed them- Cadbury's chocolate is very expensive over here...
You have yet to give me a reason to not move over to you!!!
they just keep adding up.
I can even bring Cadbury's chocolate, just not so great with the language.
