WAG How should grips fit?

Should dowel grips cover your entire hand and fingers when you lay the grips flat on your hand or should he tips of your three middle fingers poke out? Should your hand be curved when you put your fingers through the holes?

Sounds like something for your coach to help you with. Are you using 3 hole/men's grips? If your coach still isn't sure, don't be afraid/or your parents to check with the manufacturer to get their recommendation. I believe you will find most recommend between the first and second joint down from the finger tip. Good luck.
