Ellie did cartwheels on the low beam and Emma did front walk overs on the low beam. They were both very proud last night. The team was all doing some up training on skills. So much fun to watch.

Emma got her cast to squat on to jump to high bar. She was so excited. Now she needs to learn to kip. Coach says some of her muscles are weak and they are targeting those, but she should have it by summer.
