Ha I asked her that but you know gymnasts think they would never wanna cheer. And honestly I think it's more dangerous because she would most definitely be a flyer!

Did she think it worked/helped in conquer fears?

Thanks gonna check out doc Ali. I think I will post a thread to see if others have had success I just don't want her to quit before she really knows if she can get over the fear. And so if by the end of this season she is not then def time to quit. She can find something else to excel at! :-)

I know she doesn't want to quit but she does if she will be the last to get certain skills. She is worries like that and competitive. At least for now. Will see how the season pans out. For now anyone know if mind training works? The kids used to have mind training with a coach and she is gone...

At my DD gym she is required to go to all meets. And every year there is about 12-14 meets. There are about 2-4 travel meets! This year we have 5 travel meets. It's crazy. And she has to go to all of them! Plus they are pretty much back to back.
