Hello.. My daughter started a gym half way through a season as a Level 3 for the first time. She had a great year and after a good Summer in the gym, moved up to Level 4. She has had a good but not great Level 4 year so far. We have one more meet then States. She is progressing in the gym on...
Just wanted to thank you all for your input. I did my research & found the perfect gym for her. She was evaluated at a more competitive gym & was placed on there Level 3 Team. She is excelling and is so happy! So glad I sticked with my gut & changed gyms. Thanks ladies!
My DD just recently switched to a more competitive gym which requires longer & harder workouts/conditioning.
The day after she has extremely sore ab muscles. Is there anything I can do right after a workout to prevent sore muscle? Bath in Epsom salts?
Appreciate any advice. Thx!
I guess I need more knowledge about the gymnastics training. What's the difference between elite, recreational, etc.?? Clearly I new to this all. Any help would be appreciated. I need a competitive gymnastics 101 lesson ;)
Is there a website or a forum that discusses reviews or feedback on gyms in my area? I am interested to know how my gym ranks to the others in the area. Like a Zagats for gymnastics,,, lol
Thanks!
She isn't over 14. I was aware of those rules. Thought it was great for her to be able to talk to other gymnasts. Didn't mean to disrespect. Happy New Years!!
