Apparently my daughters coaches wanted their whole team to start getting things competition ready because today was halfway through the summer. My youngest decided to stop having someone spot her on her BWO BHS and did them on the competition beam for the first time. My oldest decided to take off the beam pad for her BHS LOSO and did some on the competition beam without a spot.
On bars my youngest put her second half on the competition set and my oldest connected her pak to he rest of her routine! Yay
