All of my teammates at the gym have different worst and best bits of conditioning so I was wondering what yours are.
The exercise I hate most is holding a leg lift while lying on your side: I just hate having the lactic acid build up after literally like a second and still having tohold it for like another two minutes!
And my best part is V ups...I could do them in my sleep lol. sure, they're painful but it's more of a "I can feel my muscles working" pain rather than the gross lactic acid pain for me
So I was wondering whether all of you have a most dreaded and least dreaded/"almost slightly enjoy sometimes" part of conditioning
