Displaying Medals, Ribbons, and Trophies?!

So. Im lost, I have a rack, and you add little hooks to it, as you need more space...But im getting tired off running out of hooks, and having to get more.... What are some good display ways? Do you think medals look better with about 10 to a hook, or 1` to a hook?

We got my daughter a cute curtain rod and hung it on a wall in her room. She just slides new medals on it. Works very well for her.

Does she put them all next to each other, if she like 5 of the same medal?
