Hey everyone, I was at the gym for bonus skill training, and my Coach started me working handspring fulls for floor, I was wondering if this was still a skill and what it is worth as I haven't seen any done for ages.

huh? front handspring to layout front with a full twist? or a handspring full off your hands like vault?? if it's the latter, nobody does that. it's not worth a thing.
