How can I get a giant?

I have only been training Level 7 for about two weeks now but I'm very nervous that I won't get my giant. Is there any drills I can do at home or conditioning to help me get it and be good at it? If so please give me some advice!! Thank you :)
 
First, you should start trying giant drills, missing your hips. Try and work your way up from this. Also you can try first learning them on strap bar (if you have one). If you have a handstand, they will be much easier. Good Luck!:D
 
Patience, you've only been training L7 for 2 weeks.

Giants don't really take a lot of conditioning. You do need to be able to cast to about 30 degrees above horizontal or straddle cast to HS. Relatively easy.

Conditioning for giants should be the stuff you should be doing in gym like lots of core strength. Chin up to candle hold, Hanging Leg lifts from a hang and L. Hanging Leg lift to candle.

Handstand presses and planche strength besides dips and handstand pushups.

Oh, I forgot pullups.
