How to do reverse giants on bars.

Ok so im practicing reverse giants on bars, but my body just wont get over the bar. Is there anything i could to to help get myself over. Any advice, strength, or drills would help.

it would be best to see a video of you doing this. front giants can be dangerous for girls, so seeing what you are doing would be helpful. i am not comfortable myself giving you instruction on this particular skill without seeing you doing it.:)
