I have a few questions
1. Does your gym do the Fun & Fit gymnastics program?
2. Do you still have your level to chart/poster thing?
3. What is the level to skills for floor and vault?
The reason behind my questions is because I'm takeing a short break from the gymn to save money. O'm almost a level 2 so I want to start practicing. I won't try anything hard be my self, I will be back in my gym in January so I want to make sure I don't lose any skills. Thanks!

My gym has fit 'n' fun but I live in Australia and it is just pay as you go gymnastics in other words you just pay to use the facility for however many hours you choose its like open gym but other classes can be going on whilst fit 'n' fun is happening :D

I would recommend in the meantime to work on your base skills such as handstands, handstand pressing besides core work and any other conditioning you know of.

You can probably continue to work some sort of limber work such as bridge kickovers and walkovers.

Make a line, do cartwheel on said line...a lot.
