Parents New Year

My gymie daughter is so funny after proclaiming that it is a new gymnastic year,she is insisted on bringing in the New year by holding a handstand when clock turned to midnight! Then she said she hopes this will be a better year since her arm was in the cast last year and as she claims her first 2 meets this year really stunk! I reminded her that it could of been worse one of her fellow gymnast had a season ending injury on her 1st meet and another had her parents pull her out of gym due to financial difficulties. She said your right mom anyway she is optomistic about the new year and hopes to improve her scores. Now this is a kid who wanted to quit 4 months ago you just never know!

We are hoping that 2011 brings good gym things for us, too. My gymmie is now 8 full weeks out from her injury and is finally starting to feel like she might be ready to start tumbling again (she's been cleared by the doctor). I hope your 2011 is fabulous!
