I don't think that it's my actual tail bone that hurts because it doesn't hurt when I put pressure or sit on it. But that area hurts when I do a standing pike stretch, forward rolls, backward rolls, and tuck jumps. Do you think that it's something serious that I should get checked out, or should I just ice it at home?

go to chiropractor just in case and ask them. better safe than sorry. I have lots of pain in my lower back to my tailbone and thats due to sciatica in my case. so id say go get checked.

Go see an orthopedist, and then a chiropractor, and then physical therapy.

I guess I'm trying to say that you don't want to do anything until you've been thoroughly checked out.

I actually pulled a muscle that attached to my tailbone and my dad thought it was sciatica.

Went away in about 2-3 weeks but first week was really bad and miserable.
