Does anyone know if the weiler can get credit for "front" skill on bars since the hands are in a front grip?

It should, since the body is moving forward, I don't know how else you could credit that directionally. The wording from USAG is "failure to perform both fwd and bwd circles & releases", and surely a weiler kip would be considered a forward circle.
