I’m currently learning how to do a back layout and I have it pretty good on the tumble trak but when it comes to doing it on the rod floor I always pike or tuck out of my layout because I get scared that I don’t set high enough even though I have a very high set. Any tips to help me get through this and to stay hollow so I don’t pike as much or tuck out of it?

Initially I would suggest you don't think about trying to not pike or tuck, but instead about delaying it until you see the floor. Then you can pike or tuck if you see you are coming up short.

Might want to try posting in the coaching forum to get feedback there as well
