I wouldn't speak to the coach, you've done that, they've answered. Their answer indicates that they see potential. They've already shown that they will move girls to higher hours when they are ready.

My child ended up with a standard size 4, no adjustment for girth or sleeve length. Yes, it would stretch on to her, but it was ridiculous. It should not have had a "custom size" tag in it.

I'd be interested in knowing what pre-pro means in terms of ballet in the US too.
Here we have full-time or part-time programs that mean the kids stop attending normal school programs and do ballet all day instead with the intention of getting into a professional company or international school...

It certainly doesn't sound like it's a good gym for your child. From what you describe I would not be happy at all.
