Does anyone have experience with the Lokser bands?

My daughter has really been struggling with Osggod Schlatter's. She has Sever's disease, too, and she has experienced great relief of the Sever's pain with The X Brace. (In fact, she had such good luck with it, I ordered a pair for myself for plantar fasciitis, and it worked miracles for that, too!) Anyway, we need something as awesome as the X Brace is for ankles/heels, but for knees. Any recs???

I bought my daughter the cho-pat one from Amazon and she did not get any relief with that. I read that it was the best one, but we found another one at Big Five (can't remember the name) and it has worked great. She also likes the xbraces! Sounds like we our girls have similar products. She uses tiger paws too! lol

I've heard good things about this brace, but have never tried it myself. However I have order ankle braces from the brand and they were great. You can get it at different places, but AchillesMed had great service and fast shipping.

Lots more braces here for knees, not sure how much support you are thinking.

Teammate uses Mueller and loves it. Never tried it myself though (never had knee problems)

My daughter used the cho-pat dual action strap (not the single strap) found here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000P...53831341&sr=8-3&pi=SY200_QL40&keywords=chopat
She did find relief when using it. She did say that you could not readjust during practice or remove or the pain would come right back.

If the pain isn't too bad, she got the same relief with just using rolled up pre-wrap around her leg (putting pressure on the patella) as any of the single strap braces.

DD has very powerful quads and she felt the the dual bands helped a lot when the pain got really bad and the pre-wrap wasn't enough.

She's been doing the pre-wrap thing, but I was hoping there was something better because it just doesn't seem to be working well enough. :(

Off to check out those links!

If you remember the name of the one from Big Five, let me know!

Her wrists hurt a little bit but not too badly. The doctor said she just seems to have sensitive growth plates (the fact that she grew over 2" since the summer probably didn't help, either!).

My daughter says Chopat dual action strap, too. She dealt with Osgood's every growth spurt. She tried the single strap and also just prewrap and tape and she loved the Chopat the best.

It stays on, in place and tight.....perfect for all the crazy stuff they are doing.
