What is the code value of a full twisting pak? D or E My daughter is curious. She saw a video of a girl doing one at the level 10 championship. pretty cool skill!!

I watched a video of that routine as well -- that's a very cool looking skill, and one that you don't see that often it seems!

Thanks. My daughter has recently started training paks but obviously wont compete them for a year or two. Now that she is training them she somewhat understands the incredilble difficulty in a full twisting pak.

It's obscenely hard. The only reason it's an E is because they don't have Fs or Gs in women's JO, otherwise it would almost certainly be at least an F. (I don't have the FIG code in front of me, but I want to say it's an F at the elite level).

EDIT: Just checked, and actually it is only an E in FIG.

Just the same, there are much easier ways of getting the same value.
