Hi! All of our Silvers compete FHS vaults.

We have some who want to compete 1/2 on 1/2 off and some who want to compete Yurchenko timers

We have some that compete 1/2 on-1/2 off, though most do FHS or tsuk timer. I have never seen a yurchenko timer competed in Silver with my own eyes, but I know at least one gym that does it. I know my daughter (IGC Diamond/Silver bar specialist) is working them in practice.

Silvers at our gym mostly do a fhs, though a few are trying the half on half off. We've had a little bit of drama with the hardness of the mat, but so far so good.
