You
She likes Heart of Courage, so far. For a pop piece she is like Centuries. So those 2 are on her list so far.

Won't use energym because I just won't pay for to demo.

A piece from Gym Jamz comes with the cost of our choreography, but I don't mind paying extra if she really loves it, so basically its between them and Floor Music Express.

You don't have to pay for the demos on Energym. Just click on the little green circles next to each of the lengths and you can hear the whole piece.

eye of the tiger is taken by another team member. Let it Go, not her.

She shot down my Bond ideas (I'm bummed).

She likes the Pirate music. This is actually fun, last go round she just didn't get it. Cool to see her engaged.

My oldest is currently using "The Final Countdown". The link looks like it is for Rythmic Gymnastics but it gives you an idea.

Is there any restrictions in the USA for floor music? We are not allowed to use Disney, Andrew Lloyd Webber or music from Circque De (?) don't know how to spell the rest.

Well aren't I a morono_O Who would of thought just press play:D

Thanks

Another quick question. We only have used Gym Jamz.

Does energym and floor express have that beep marker at the beginning.

Floor Express does have the beep at the beginning. We purchased DD's music from them. Trust me, you want it, especially if the piece you choose starts off soft.

Remember your audience. Your DD should really like it, but the most important audience is an approximately 50 year old woman: the one with the sharp pencil. Your coach should give you a general idea of what style will work best for your child, which may not align perfectly with what she loves the most. Most gymnasts doing their first optional routines are better off with something that will facilitate fairly simple choreography.

Thanks for adding. I just skimmed and knew about energym. Sorry for not using critical reading skills.

Oh I know we want the beep (I'm pretty sure her coach does to).

And while I do not wield a sharp pencil at meets, I think 50 yr olds idea of "classic" has shifted a tad. When our kids have their own pieces for bronze and silver, I see the judges beep bopping a bit to things like Momma Mia, Sweet Home Alabama.

But yes its time to add a bit of more grown up flair this go around. Because I have no doubt the expectation changes as they grow

I believe beyond not violating copyright

Its about length and no words.

FYI in case anyone wanted to know. I emailed energym.

They will add the beep, you need to call in your order and request the beep.

Ok for all you Pirates Folks out there. What exact pieces are you all using.
