I'm a level 9 gymnast and I recently began to rip on my wrists, and i think it may be from my cotton wristbands. I've heard that neoprene wristbands help with preventing wrist rips. I dont know if i should get them though so i'd like to hear your opinions on whether neoprene or cotton work better. And also if anyone knows any websites where i can find good quality neoprene wristbands, thank you (also i don't use tape on my wrists and i dont know if that'll make a difference) but thank you again!
