    Yesterday at gym training I got three new skills!!! 1. I got over the top of the table top in a tight handstand! 2. I got my cartwheel on beam! 3. I did a back somersault into the pit by myself which is a start cause im relly scared of doing backflips and stuff!! so yeah im really happy :)

    press to handstand

    I cant do a press to handstand and it is really frutrating cause it is a skill I need!!!! Does anyone know any conditioning I can do to make me stronger???? Anything would help :)

    ok so lately I have been getting no rips which I was so happy about but then I go to practise today and get three rips!!!! and one was a blood rip!!!!!!!!!! Is there anything that I can do to my hands to help heal a bit faster??? HELP!!!!!!!!! Thanks:D
