I am guessing it is the new level 5. Basing that on one of the comments in the video. I am dying to see the beam routine. DD will be the new level 5 next year and she is hoping that is the music.

There is actually a team in our region in IPO/APO who are all "older" gymnasts. They competed last year at the state meet and one was 40 yrs old. I was so impressed! If you can private message me, I'll give you the name of the team and they even have some you tube videos. I say, "Go for it!"

Just wanted to poke my head in and say hello. My daughter is 11 and is competing level 5 this year. She has her first meet of the season this weekend. Good luck to all the gymnasts and all the moms who sacrifice their time, hearts, and muscle rubs to support their child's passion!
